Since 2023, MONA has worked with Fotografiska Berlin to document different aspects of their discursive programming—from Fotografiska Days, a weekend-long festival in March 2023 at Berlin’s Atelier Gardens, to the Grand Opening of their Berlin location, housed in the former Kunsthaus Tacheles.
Bringing together a spectrum of photographic artists whose work draws on various personal, societal and political perspectives, Fotografiska questions the role of different digital and popular cultures in the production, dissemination and consumption of images today.
